MY NEW RECORD IS DONE (JUNE 06,2007) or at least the first part of it. Let me tell you something about it. Itīs called "LISTEN TO THE INFLUENCES PART I". It contains 27 songs, 4 of them are songs of mine, 23 are Coverversions. I dedicate this Album to all the Bands and Musicians which influenced my mind, my music, my life. They gave me pretty much through doing their music and telling me their stories, and music is to me one of the most important things in life. There are not much things in the World which got such a power as music got. So, with these Album I want to remember the people to such great musicians as MIKE NESS, BAD RELIGION, HANK WILLIAMS, RICHIE VALENS, SAM COOKE, THE RAMONES, THE BATES, KRIS KRISTOFFERSON, THE CARTER FAMILY, BOBBY DARIN, EDDIE COCHRAN and SOCIAL DISTORTION. They were with me all over the years, and always will be.( actually I should also mention BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, I wanted to record songs of him too, but couldnīt do it, cause of Copyright-Terms, but he though belongs to this List) I donīt know what I would be without these Guys, but I know that itīs part of my life to keep these Guys always in memory, and to keep their music alive, and I hope I can do this through playing their songs.
